How come these videos keep sneaking underneath my radar? It’s the wonderful Dwele who I am still yet to see live. I'm a little disappointed with this video as he could have been so creative with it. Oh well it’s still a good tune none the less. Feelin the rope chain bruh!

R.I.P Reebok Pump!!

Who remembers Reebok Pump trainers? I got my first pair in junior school courtesy of Uncle David. He was my saviour, as if my Nan had her way I would have worn no name trainers till the cows came home.
I thought I was the ish back in school with my banana clip trying to hold together the unruly afro hair with the pepper grains exposed at my neck back lol. For some reason my school uniform was brown and yellow- WHY?!?! So the trainers were my only redemption and I wore them until the pump couldn't pump anymore and the heel was well and truly slanted. I would pump them at every opportunity I could just to show off - kids eh?

So in ode of my school trainers Reebok pump I salute you R.I.P!

P.S I know fashion likes to be revived but these trainers should/can not make a comeback!

Act Like A Lady Think Like A Man

Hmmm so it seems this New York best seller may just be turned into a film. Will Packer is going produce this project. For those who don't know Will is the producer behind "Obsessed" (the dire movie which starred Beyonce & Idris Elba). I hope he does a better job this time round, whilst Steve Harvey will act as executive producer. I have yet to read the book so I will definitely be going to take a peep at this as I can imagine some of the scenarios will be a right chuckle.

I like this look..

I really like this look that Cassie is rocking! I love the hair, her attire and most importantly the eye make-up. I have a christening reception to attend this Sunday and I wouldn't mind creating the smoky-eyed look but I want it extended to my hair line (I know what I mean). I remember when Cassie first shaved the side of her hair and I was one of the first to say what the beep?!?!... but now I have to applaud her. I'm still not convinced about her music career though.
